American Air and Heating was started in 1991 by Roger and Donna Allen. They built the company by treating their clients and staff like family. They raised their family in the business and Roger (RJ) Allen was groomed to be the heir apparent. While Roger Sr grew the commercial side Roger Jr grew the residential side and the company prospered. Now with an excellent mix between both sides and a growth of knowledge and experience that Roger Jr gained from working with his father the company continues to grow with a firm "focus on the client" mentality. "We make a difference in the lives of the people we serve by offering extraordinary value every time, every job" is taken right from the companies’ mission statement.
